I recently purchased hair extensions from this provider. While the extensions look nice, I noticed they have a strange smell that doesn’t come out even after washing with shampoo. Additionally, they tend to tangle more quickly compared to other brands I've tried. That said, I’m not completely dissatisfied considering the price point, and the customer service is very responsive and helpful. Overall, decent value for the money.
