Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Once your order is processed, you will automatically receive a tracking link to track your package.

Delivery Time:
Average delivery time is 3-5 business days, depending on the destination and customs.
During peak periods (such as holidays or sales), this may take slightly longer.

Important:
Please ensure you enter a correct address when placing your order. Enhanced Hair Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delivery & Not-at-Home Notification
If the courier attempts delivery and you are not at home, you will receive a notification asking you to reschedule the delivery or collect the package from the nearest collection point.

If the customer does not take action, the package will automatically be returned to Dubai after a certain period of time. During this return process, there is a risk of the package being lost or damaged.

In that case, no refund or replacement can be offered, as the order has been shipped correctly and it is the customer's responsibility to collect or re-deliver the package.

Returns & Refunds
Because each product is carefully assembled and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds unless:

- You received the wrong product;
- The product is severely damaged upon arrival (provide photo evidence within 48 hours).

In all other cases (such as missed delivery, uncollected package, or change of mind), we cannot issue a refund.

Customs & Import Duties
Any customs or import duties are the customer's responsibility.
Enhanced Hair Studio has no control over these and cannot reimburse these costs.
